The real time information, critical trends and developments provided by VetWatch helps manufacturers, distributors and veterinary professionals to make the right decisions for their businesses.

Working to evolve the VetWatch user experience in North America has allowed us to tap into our design, development and Geo-spatial capabilities.

Refreshing VetWatch Experience

After undergoing a thorough discovery and requirements process, our team was able to recommend a new information architecture, navigation and user experience for the VetWatch website. Emphasis was placed on directing their audience to key content while ensuring the ability to scale and add additional enhancements and data. A refreshed look and feel was also applied to maintain consistency across ALX online properties.

Using Maps to tell the Story

Accessing current metrics based on geographic areas across key performance categories is a key to the success of VetWatch. Using Maps to help simplify the delivery of complex data and trends, VetWatch will reduce the stress of industry unknowns during difficult market times and provide comfort, reassurance and clarity for users to make confident decisions.

Overlaying Trend Types and Categories onto the VetWatch Veterinary Market Trends Map allows users to engage with the important data and content in one consolidated destination. Users can use the Map as a sign post that helps to direct them to explore additional analysis and reporting of data.

Each region whether it be distinct VetWatch Zones, Divisions, US States or a National View provides users with the ability to expand additional metrics and reporting tools. Year to Date, Moving Annual Total and Monthly comparisons can be easily accessed. Helpful information about Top Monthly Growth Zones and Bellwether Market Zones help users quickly determine where they stand on a national basis.

Monthly Commentary and Resources

VetWatch is the platform for the VetWatch team to provide Monthly Commentary that helps veterinary hospitals and the animal health industry to stay on top of current real time events happening in the industry. Veterinarian and Pet Owner sentiments, opinions and behaviours are also provided on a monthly basis.
